- 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Add all of the ingredients to your food processor and pulse until smooth. If necessary, add small portions of water to thin out the hummus. Serve with vegetables, crackers, or bread.
