Coconut Tropical Paradise Fruit Smoothie

During busy mornings, nothing tastes better than a quick, fruity smoothie. This tropical smoothie can be thrown together in a few minutes and will keep your mornings delicious and nutritious. Plus, you can even pour the smoothie into a to-go cup and drink it on the way to work!

 

2/3 cup Coconut Milk

1 Banana

1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 cup Frozen Peaches

1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries

 

  1. Peel and cut the banana into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Next, place all of the fruit into your blender and pour the coconut milk over the fruit.
  3. Blend until smooth. If too thick, then add extra coconut milk or water.
